A leading auto accessories e-commence company in Secaucus, is currently searching for energetic candidates to fill open full time positions in IT Support:

Job Summary

• Installs and removes software from computer systems and networks, diagnoses and repairs technical issues, and plans, designs, builds, implements, tests, and troubleshoots computer software systems and networks.

General Accountabilities

• Provides services through telephone, email and face-to-face contact.

• Assembles hardware and installs or deletes software to ensure all hardware and software are working properly.

• Troubleshoots computer equipment to confirm it is running correctly.

• Executes designing and testing of software products.

• Recovers any lost or accidentally deleted data.

• Interacts with all internal and external sources necessary to successfully complete assignments.

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

General information:

• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Mandarin or Spanish) is a plus

• Office hour is 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday
