I am looking for a new female roommate. My current roommate is moving out due to work reason. We've never had a fight and have a good relationship.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom:
-Private bedroom+ Private bathroom: unfurnished; King size bed in the picture.
-Living room: spacious; bar stools, couch, coffee table, 4K TV, free Netflix
-Central A/C, it goes into your room!
-Washer and dryer IN UNIT
-2 SEPARATE parking spots in a gated garage, NOT Tandem!
-GREAT LOCATION: It is close to freeways (405&I10) but still very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Walking distance to the train. Close to Trader Joe's, Whole foods, Pharmacies, Banks...
-Address: 2425 Purdue Ave. 90064

$1300 monthly rent (water & trash included) + one month rent deposit + share utilities
Move-in date: 6/3  prefer long-term

I am a late 20's female professional. I work full time, Mon-Fri. I am clean, organized, easygoing and straightforward. I would prefer a roommate who is also a young female professional and clean, quiet, pays rent on time, respect each other. I am always open to make friends, but if that doesn't work, I respect your privacy. Sorry, no pets, no couples.
