Main Responsibilities:

·          Providingexceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, andprofessionally on all customers’ inquiries and managing customer feedback andproduct reviews

·          Timely andaccurately handling all order processing workflow

·          Receive productinto our inventory management system and into warehouse

·          Data entry oforders/credits/returns for inventory management and manage inventory level to ensure timelyreplenishment

·          Assist in FBA shipments, sales, marketing and etc

Desired Skills andExperience:

·        HS degree or above

·        A hardworkingteam player with high integrity

·        A quick learnerwith high willingness to learn

·        An organized anddetail-oriented self starter with multi-tasking ability

·        Proficient inWindows environment and Microsoft Office suite products (Excel most important),Internet applications and E-mail.

·        Excellent writing with creative spirit and passion about making animpact through writing is a big plus

·        Ecommerce Customer Service, ordermanagement, and/or fulfillment experience is a big plus

·        Skills orexperiences on graphic design is a big plus.

·        Experience withFashion Retailing, Accounting, Database, Merchandising, is a big plus.

·        Ability to readChinese is a big plus.
