Hi大家好，我现在的情况是J1签证今年9月过期，去年12月份开始waiver申请还没批下来， 但是今年8月一定需要有工卡接受新的工作。 在这种情况下我是不是还不能提交绿卡I130,485 EAD申请啊？好着急啊。 请各位有类似经历的点播啊。先多谢了。
