HR Generalist (New Jersey Fulfillment) - Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish

Title: HR Generalist-New Jersey Fulfillment Division
Location:  Dayton, NJ 08810

Summary:
We are looking for a full-time experienced Generalist who isfamiliar with fulfillment recruitment, employee relations, OSHA, timeattendance, training, and is able to perform our office/warehouseadministrative and clerical tasks, including, but not limited to front deskwork. This position will be the first point of contact for the company andwill provide administrative support across the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and conduct the full life cyclerecruitment for multiple fulfillment centers including but not limited toattending job fairs
- Assist new hire onboarding, training, andseparation process
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for allrecruitment and personnel-related matters
- Assist Payroll Specialist in time attendancetracking and related payroll matters
- Provide consultation, facilitation, andresolution strategies for workplace issues
- Assist Managers in communications betweenemployees and supervisors, corrective action and planning, disciplinaryactions, and explanation and clarification of the Company policies andprocedures
- Perform other related duties asrequired and assigned
- Assist HR Manager and WarehouseDirector with special research projects

NonessentialFunctions:
-       Serve visitors at thefront desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
-       Plan, design, anddecorate the office/warehouse layout/configuration
-       Assist in purchasingoffice/warehouse supply if any - Plan and coordinate company parties with HRdepartment
-       Verify invoices andschedule skype interview for HR/GA department
-       Perform otherclerical duties that are related to General Administrator/Receptionist/HR/Warehouse

Qualificationsand Requirements:
- 2+ years Fulfillment HR recruiting experiencesand other HR related functions required
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention todetail and team oriented
- Proficiency with MS Office software
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills in bilingual Spanish/English or Mandarin/English
- Experience in working with a culturallydiverse environment
