岗位职责：
•        根据公司的电商平台的战略目标、部门人才需求计划以及发展情况制定企业人才招聘计划;
•        负责招聘信息的起草和招聘广告的发布工作;
•        进行应聘人员的简历甄别、筛选、面试等相关工作;
•        负责应聘人员资料库的建立和维护工作;
•        负责办理人才录用的相关手续等工作;
•        负责公司行政管理的工作
任职要求：
•        相关专业本科以上学历;
•        2年HR经验以上;
•        中英文流利

Job Responsibilities:
•        Develop a company recruitment plan based on the company's strategic objectives, departmental talents demand, and development stage.
•        Responsible for drafting of job offers and job postings;
•        Resume screening, interviewing and conduct other recruitment related tasks.
•        Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the staff database;
•        Responsible for handling talent recruitment procedures and related tasks;
•        Responsible for administrative management of the company.
Job requirements:
•        Bachelor degree or above;
•        2 years HR experience or above;
•        Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
