Responsibilities Include:

•   Provide legal strategies to clients with a variety oflegal issues

•   Initiate and draft legal and business documents such ascontracts, etc. participate in negotiation. Ensure contracts and agreements arein compliance with the current regulatory standards, including UCC, CISG andrules issued by International Chamber of Commerce

•   Prepare legal documents for domestic and internationalcompliance

•   Conduct due diligence inspection on the proposed projects

•   Work with outside attorneys to finalize legal documents

•   Keep routine compliance records and maintenance

•   Analyze regulations, standards and guidance documents

•   prepare regulatory documents for service rendered inaccordance with requirements of all regulations and standards

•   Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensurethat they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures

•   Monitor trademark applications and deal with intellectualproperty infringement, ensuring that trademarks and intellectual property areproperly used

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); Bachelor'sdegree in business, pre-law, social science or related field is preferred.Master's degree in law, legal studies, juris studies, compliance, or relatedfield is a plus. 1-3 years of working experience in compliance field ispreferred. Regulatory area is preferred.

Note: Higher education may compensate for years ofexperience.

Background / Skills / Knowledge RegulatoryKnowledge of (as applicable): · Domestic and international regulatoryguidelines, policies and regulations in document drafting such as UCC and CISG,basic knowledge on trademark law and IP law, thorough understanding of US legalsystem and international law, must be able to research and interpret complexlegal documents and issues

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 /year
