We seek candidates that aresmart, motivated individuals who is looking for a career in HR in a fast pace,"start-up" environment. We will start this position as an hourlyposition, with likely opportunity to become salaried with paid benefits.Salaried compensation will be based on the candidate's experience.
Althoughmost of the work will be focused on HR (Recruiting, account payable…etc.), weare a team and help each other with all aspects of the business when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone coverage for the office of CEO, President & other Executive level employees.
- Assist managers with projects as required
3. Handle requests such as making copies, sendingfaxes for guests using executive conference rooms in the event administrativesupport is unavailable
4. Daily interaction with high level clients &executives, handle special requests as needed.
5. Performbanking duties; Responsible for frequent check-runs
6. Anyother duties consistent with the position that may be assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related area along with AccountsPayable experience
2. Experience inrelevant administrative role or related is preferred
3. Organized, professional demeanor and experienceworking in a fast-paced environment
4. Previouperience working in financial services is preferred
5. Organized,detail oriented and follows-through
6. Professional, well-polished & corporate attireat all times.
7. Fluent inChinese Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
