Job Description:
1. Provencustomer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently orescalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction
2. Abilityto learn and understand technology to assist customers with self-service needs
3. Utilizing personal skills to elevate customers’degree of satisfaction
4. Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver anexperience that improves our customers’ financial lives
5. Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsto meet customers’ needs
6. Strong organizational skills including the ability to managemultiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
7. Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal,written and presentation) and active listening skills
8. Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours asrequired to operate the business
Qualification:
1. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond todifferent types of characters
2. Prior experience servicing and delighting customers
3. Experience in financial services and prior knowledge offinancial services industry, products and solutions
4. Experiencein telecommunication industry or bank relating customer service is a plus
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage timeeffectively
6. Bilingual level Mandarin and English speakingpreferred
