The newest addition to our accounting team will be anaccounting associate. The individual will be a proactive thinker that workswell in be able to take on multiple roles in fast-paced work environment. Wewill provide professional training and help you grow in the accounting career.

Duties andResponsibilities:

To ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the officeand support the work of accounting, management and other staff. Must provide adequate support to includeduties such as answering phone calls, assisting with filing, organizing, dataentry into QuickBooks for sales/AP, and other general administrative tasks asneeded by the management and supervisory team

The Requirements:

·       Have general accounting Experience

·       Preferable 1-2 year bookkeeping experience

·       Must be proficient in computer knowledgeincluding MS Office Suite products & QuickBooks

·       Ability to multi-task, work independently and asa team

·       Proficient in detailed-orientated

·       Friendly attitude with excellent customerservices skills

·       Bilingual – Chinese a plus

·       Flexible to changes in assigned work responsibilities.

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

·       Hard working and a responsible personality.

Compensation: $15-$18depending on experience
