第一次遇到这么奇葩的房东,我因为月底要搬家,房东带人来看房,因为周末不在家不方便,房东便要求我留下房门让别人进来看房,我拒绝,房东就说她有钥匙,她有权利随时可进房客的房看房。接下来15分钟后有一房客想要来看房,房东威胁说我不让看房就把我锁住在房子里!!!!!!!!!

我是楼主接任的房客。房租是850一个月全包。这个价格你将可以享受:
1)房东的各种无理骚扰,诋毁,诽谤和拒绝联系。
为了克扣押金和额外收费房东用过的理由:
* 室友投诉影响生活 (经询问室友乃无中生有)
* 密谋不正当行为 (。。。)
* 你是不正经的人 (。。。)
* 鞋子摆的乱 (。。。)
* 占用公共区域 (。。。)

* 需要从遥远地方开过来的路途费

以上皆为没有证据的无中生有,有的更是荒谬绝伦。但房东将会孜孜不倦地微信,短信,电话,并登门骚扰你,以保留证据最后提早把你赶出去并以毁约为理由克扣押金。就算你没有犯以上任意一条,她也可以生安白造各种各样的理由。

当你有需要联系房东作出解释的时候,对不起,她的电话间隔一段时间就会更换,你无法短信和打通;微信将你单方面拉黑,你无法发出信息。她没有任何主流银行的银行账户,所给出的名字Joanna Zhao也和驾照(不会主动提供)名和姓,账户上的名和姓完全不一样。她的大门有两把锁,房客只有其中一把锁的钥匙 -- 也就是她有可能随时把你锁到门外让你没法进入。

2)你的押金最多只能拿回一半。
这就是低廉的房租的理由,别指望能把押金全额拿回。而且她不会给出任何解释。

3)各种突击检查并无理闯入房间。
房东声称她有权利:
* 随时带人参观你的房间
* 随时进入你的房间检查
