各位好，
想问租车理赔一事，整个被租车行撕Ｂ了。
事情经过是这样：
今年四月在阿拉斯加开车，新雪滑出车道，车体翻覆，幸好人没事。到五月底才有理赔费用出来，而前几天我才被租车行通知，保险公司未全赔偿，要我支付余额。
由于用amex premium rental car program 租车
但Amex并没有全部理赔接受租车行的项目（可以理解，但车险额達十万，理赔不及20％。）
下面是AMEX针对理赔给的项目
理赔解释如下：
NADA洁净价值为18,275.00美元，减去2,050.00美元= 16,225.00美元。
估计费用$ 150.00得到支持，支付。
$ 505.00的拖曳支持，支付。
拖欠安全费不受支持，未支付。
我们提供4天@ $ 40天的存储总共$ 160.00。
失去使用我们支付最多10天@ $ 42.90 /天，总共$ 429.00。
未支付未使用的许可费用，协助服务费用和行政费用，不支付。
The explanation of the breakdown is as follows:
Our NADA clean trade in value was at $18,275.00 minus the salavage amount of $2,050.00 = $16,225.00.
The The estimate fee of $150.00 was supported, paid.
The tow of $505.00 was supported, paid.
The tow security fee was unsupported, not paid.
The storage we offered 4 days @ $40 day for a total of $160.00.
The loss of use we pay a max of 10 days @ $42.90/day for a total of $429.00.
The unused licensing fee, the copart service charge, and the administrative fee are not supported, not paid.
疑问有二：
1. 使用损失租车行提出30天，我看条款并没有上限天数，30天amex只偿付10天。
2. Amex已经支票寄给租车行了，能否再跟保险公司谈赔金额？（100k保险额度，这理赔额度实在过低）
而租车行列的明细如下：
车辆损坏$ 21,075.00
使用损失（30天@ $ 42.90 /天）$ 1287.00
估计费用$ 150.00
牵引＆储存$ 845.00
Copart服务费$ 430.00
行政费用$ 250.00
零件拍賣回收 $2050.00
AMEX Horace Mann Payment $ 17,469.00

共计餘額4,690.50美元
疑问有数点：
1.Loss of use
租车行提的30天完全没有根据，也没有相关附件。
事故到今天为止已经过六十天，被通知需支付未偿付款项，很无言，完全没有根据能否争取？
2.车辆行的Copart Service属于拍卖车体以及相关清洁费用，这已经不属于一般修缮的范畴。
车体损失严重，若一路支付修缮款项，AMEX的额度绝对够支付，但是因为款项及附件并非车体维修
AMEX确实也难以支付，却要转嫁到租车方上也难以接受。
毕竟他们采取非修缮方式，而是拍卖车体衍生费用。
由于租车行扬言要在十天内给予清偿，否则会转向第三方讨债公司，这些债务金额非双方认同，会对个人造成什么影响吗？
先谢谢大家帮忙以及提供意见，心头实在是压力巨大。
虽然发生意外人没事已是万幸，但偿付金额实在有点夸张，整体保险金额与费用已经超过一台全新的车款了。
还请建议我如何跟AMEX及租车行双方各自如何处理，已經睡不好兩天了，感谢再三!!

租车行把他们的明细说明如下，目前应该会请租车行与美国运通偿付单位联系。Thank you for replying to my email, let me break down the costs and explain them better. 1. The counting difference – The total due before payment was $22,159.50. Your insurance company, American Express, is sending $17,469.00. The difference between these two is $4,690.50, which is the total remaining due. 2. The Unused Licensing Fee – We paid the DMV $345.00 to register the vehicle for a 2 year period, when you wrecked the vehicle in March, 2017, there was still a 1 year period left on the registration, which you are responsible for reimbursing. 3. The Cost of the Vehicle – The vehicle at clean retail comes to $21,075.00. When you signed our rental agreement, you agreed to pay up to full value of the vehicle in the case of damage. This is something you will want to speak with American Express directly about, because whether they cover the full amount or not, you are responsible for any remainder. I’ve included in this email a copy of the 2017 Nada Value for your vehicle. 4. The Co-part Fee - A fee charged by the auctioning company to auction the vehicle off. It is a standard charge and is backed up in the salvage documents. I’ve included those for your review. 5. The Storage Fee - Is charged from the body shop that the car sat at while being examined and waiting for auction. It is a direct result of your damage to the vehicle, therefore your responsibility. I hope I have answered your questions. As stated in my previous email, you currently owe a total of $4,690.50, which your insurance company is unwilling to pay.
