由于年底毕业，需要转租1个 3 bed, 1 bath 的townhouse，1月1日起可入住，合同到6月30号，2014. 价格每月2250， 可谈价。 若想单独租一间也可以， 价格根据房间大小有浮动。 单租优先考虑女生。主卧以及客厅配备基本家具。 小区很安全， 适合家庭居住。距离Bentley, Brandeis很近。

Residence is available beginning January 1st, 2014. We could also accommodate those wishing to sublease just one bedroom. Females will be given preference. Please contact for more information regarding price of individual rooms--- price varies based on size of rooms. And time of residence varies on size of rooms. Main bedroom is furnished(bed, table,closet and lamps).Washing machine in basement, no coins needed. Parking space availbale.
The surrounding community is very safe. Great place for families. Residence situated across from Bentley University and with easy access to Brandeis University. You will be responsible for taking over my lease with the management company.
