We are currently seeking a friendly, self-motivated, detailed individual with strong written and verbal communication skills to recruit and manage in-house surrogates. This position requires someone who can multi-task, work quickly, problem-solve, and have good judgment with day-to-day job functions. Excellent organization skills is a must.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
主要工作责任：
-recruiting of potential surrogates
-source and attend surrogate related events
-collect background information and create profiles for both surrogates and intended parents
-liaison with all parties, including physicians and intended parents
-guide surrogates through our screening process
-record and track on-board surrogate payments
-assist intended parents at the birth of their child
-knowledge and understanding of HIPPA regulations
-communicate with the Program Leader as needed
-travel when necessary

Qualifications / Experience Needed:

-strong written and verbal communication skills
-ability to work unsupervised in the field
-complete projects in a timely manner in a high-demand environment.
-have a minimum of one year customer service or administrative experience
-previous experience in women's health or medical environment is preferred but not required
-be fluent in English, second language is preferred but not required
-have a valid California's Driver's License
