Sublease three bedrooms townhouse, 107middlesex rd  waltham, MA

The lease is until June 30th / 2014. Sublease price for entire residence is 2250 dollars / month. (price nigotiable)

Residence is available beginning January 1st, 2014.

We could also accommodate those wishing to sublease just one bedroom. Females will be given preference. Please contact for more information regarding price of individual rooms--- price varies based on size of rooms. And time of residence varies on size of rooms. Main bedroom is furnished(bed, table,closet and lamps).

The surrounding community is very safe. Great place for families. Residence situated across from Bentley University and with easy access to Brandeis University.

You will be responsible for taking over my lease with the management company.
