Nice gated community in west buckhead. The whole floor plan is a 2b2.5b townhouse.

The room for rent is the guest room with private (out-of -room) bathroom. The room is fully equipped: full size bed, two desks, mid-back chair, bookshelf, a computer display, printer, a super large closet, a humidifier and night stand.

The house is equipped with AC heating and washer and dryer on site and Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with various utensils, including microwave, water heater, coffee/espresso maker and almost everything you need. You are welcome to use them.

Parking is off street in the community with gate. If you don't have a car and need to get to Gatech campus, the carpool price of Uber or Lyft for one way to the campus is in bewteen $3-$5. For grocery shopping, if you don't have car, you can either walk to a nearby publix which is located in a plaza having publix, chase bank, UPS and USPS and various resturants which takes 35 minutes or Uber/Lyft carpool takes less than $2 dollars. There is another nearby plaza containing Walmart and Kroger and others. Not walkable but Uber carpool takes less than $3 dollars, which is on the way to Gatech campus.
小区内露天随便停车因为是townhouse 所以基本总是有空位置的。如果你没车，优步lyft去gatech校区carpool的话单趟只要三到五元。买食物的话，附近有一个plaza有publix以及各种店面餐馆， 35分钟可以步行到或者优步$2。再远点有walmart kroger的plaza，走不到但是优步$3,去gatech校区顺路

The availability is from May 4 to August 8 this summer. But time is flexible. The rate per month with everything included ( yes, everything included:rent, PG&E internet and washerndryer) is $600 given that the power per month is not beyond $150. Otherwise, the resident is responsible for half of the premium: for example if the real power bill for one month is $200, then you have to pay ($200-$150)/2= $25 in addition to $600.

可以续签一年因为住了四年的老客户了所以会比市场价便宜$200 - $300. 现在整套房子不包任何水电煤气网络的市场价格是$1600. 所以还是非常划算的！楼主临近毕业所以要出如果有长租需求各种家具可以折价出售。

自己顶自己四五年前没有uber和lyft的时候我们来gatech念书还没买车只能住的离学校很近又贵又不安全有了车才搬到现在的住地现在又uber carpool就非常方便便宜了虽然Atlanta没有uber的 flat rate但是我有很多同学因为每天乘坐优步上下课所以收到flat rate package的邀请这样直接固定费率三块钱了这样算起来每月的交通费还不如不买车划算因为有保险和每年都涨的campus parking fee!!!这还是没有算油钱的！
