As a Product Manager, you'll learn, stretch, and grow at an incredible pace while working alongside our CEO, UI/UX, our engineer team members, our marketing members.

Responsibilities：
·Help to define a product vision and strategy for a fast-growing, emerging space；
·Be incredibly data-savvy and intuitive—pinpointing precisely what data we need to collect in order to grow, scale and create an incredible customer user experience；
·Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development with engineering, design and customer advocacy；
·Clearly communicate product to a spectrum of audiences.

Qualifications：
·BA/BS from a competitive university. Degree in CS or a related technical field a plus;
·2yr experience in a product management role at mobile product in startup company;
·Belief in the power and importance of relationships and networking;
·Passion for innovation, beautiful design and elegant simplicity ;
·Excellent oral and written communication skills—articulate and be able to understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplaceExcellent organizational skills； ·Energy, initiative, and an allergy to mediocrity；

Mobile Marketing Manager

Description：
If you live and breathe marketing for digital products, let’s talk. We are looking for a mobile marketing guru to develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns to launch a new, functioning app. We're a start-up with a viable product; the app is ready to go, now we need to get the word out and increase our number of users. Your success will be measured by growth of our user base and their interaction with the app.

Responsibilities：
·Working directly with our mobile app teams to influence and guide how they market their mobile apps, in service to increasing downloads, reducing CPA, and improving app store rankings；
·Helping app teams improve their apps by engaging with product management teams and bringing best practices/guidance from app store partners, other app teams at our campany, and industry best practices;
·Working with app teams to craft compelling product briefings to share with app store partners in order to secure promotional support；
·Identifying and structuring lean tests of new marketing campaign programs that achieve target KPI’s at scale, and sharing those learnings across our campany.

Qualifications：
·Experience with new product launches;
·Ability to shape a brand and increase brand equity;
·Creative and analytical with both out-of-the-box and data-driven thinking;
·Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
·Experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate；
·Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments；
·Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement, particularly digital；
·Solid knowledge of website analytics tool(s) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns a plus;
·Working knowledge of ad serving tools a plus；
·Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus；
·Minimum 3 years of progressive experience, including recent, customer-facing mobile marketing；
·BA / BS or equivalent.

Android developer
Location: Los Angeles

Job function: App development and maintenance

Responsibilities：
·Proficiency in object-oriented programming, at least 2 years relevant experience in app development;
·Must specialize in Android platform and all types of JDK API, including aspects of UI, network, etc., according to UI design, develop accurate achievement demands;
·Familiar with Android studio and Eclipse development tools；
·Familiar with XML, JSON, TCP / IP and HTTP protocols;
·Familiar with various design patterns under Android.

Qualifications：
·Computer-related professional experience, have good English reading and document learning abilities;
·Independent Android development experience is preferred;
·Proficiency in a high-level language (C / C , Python etc.), able to finish module development websitefeatures, and the ability to carry out secondary development interface; ·Independent open source projects will have advantages.
