I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2b2b apt in the Costa Verde Village.

This apartment is at a perfect location, where is very close to the bus stop (you can take route 150, 41, 30 to the UCSD campus). Walking distance to shopping quads like Westfield, 10 mins walk to Vons, etc. For people who has a car, there is a parking spot available in the building.

I am a male Chinese student, currently a senior undergraduate major in Electronic Engineering of UCSD, and going to stay here as a graduate student. I am clean and quiet, living in a busy but healthy schedule, never hold parties at home. Therefore, I am looking for a roommate who is also clean and quiet; NO SMOKE, NO DRUG, NO PET (due to the community's rules). Preferably a male student.
