SPG 买分问题~~

SPG账号今年已经接受了3W gift 积分~ 如果再用其它号赠送3W分是不是也可以，只是需要等到17年1月1号才会available？还是说直接就不让赠送了？因为送分号需要上X宝买，所以买之前来问问

不知道有没有大神有经验啊？

就想知道是直接不让submit order？还是说可以送出去，17年才让claim？？？还有3天时间了要买分的大家赶紧买啊。。。
