Jobtitle: Online teacher manager

Responsibilities:

1.Recruitforeign teachers (check resumes & interview with candidates);

2.Providetraining for teachers and keep ongoing support;

3.Supervisetheir work: observe and monitor their classes, help them improve the way ofteaching (teaching methods & teaching strategies);
4.Develop cooperated relationship with online teachers, offer help and supportwith their work;

5.Organizeregular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications& Requirements:

1.Minimum of Bachelor degree from an accreditedcollege/university;

2.TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other teaching license certifiedpreferred;

3.At least 3 years of teaching experience preferably withmanagement experience;

4.Positive attitude, good team spirit & investment inboth student and teacher’s success;

5.Responsible,love teaching, researching and developing.
