昨天在branch里开的CSP,今天发SM去match,然后收到如下邮件:
Hello XXX,
We are responding to your inquiry about the matching a
different offer on your account.
XXX, we regret as we are unable to honor your request
to match the promotional offer of 70,000 bonus points that
you inquired about. We don't have a similar offer
available for your account right now, and we can't match
the one you requested. We know this is not the answer you
hoped for, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may
cause you. Our credit card offers vary and change, and new
ones become available on a regular basis. We hope you'll
continue to check with us for available offers that apply
to your account.
XXX, I apologize as we are unable to meet your
expectations in this matter. We appreciate your loyalty.
