ATT卡买手机一定要等满2个月才能拿到credit吗？

The statement credit will appear within 1-2 billing cycles after the
$2,000.00 net purchase requirement is met and the phone purchase made
through the unique phone offer link appear on a billing statement.

Our records indicate that you met the $2,000.00 spending requirement as

phone offer link appears on the 10/20/2016 statement.

9月24日收到的手机就开始用了，没有解锁，一直是ATT用户，是AU不是holder。
transaction在收到手机的时候差不多post，那时候新的billing cycle刚刚开始。一个月过去收到statement，并没有credit的影子。是还要再等一个月吗，还是打电话问一下？
因为之前听说有人拖了一年才拿到，有点烦，想早点解决这块心病。
