Looking for a roommate (prefer female) to share the charming UNFURNISHED 2 bedrooms/1bathroom apartment. The apartment has 2 medium size bedrooms, one large living room with plenty of sunshine and connects to a balcony. There is another large dining room with a small bar top, very comfortable space. Parking is available in a nearby garage that will cost $40/month.

Starting date: Oct 1st. (1 year lease)

Rent: $630/month + electricity + heat + internet. Laundry is in the building.
Need deposit and last month rent. Able to add your name to the lease.

I'm in my mid-20s and a full-time working professional. I keep my space clean and I will hope you will respect our common space as well. I am easy going and I run almost everyday. If you are at the similar age and no matter whether you are a working professional/a student, you are welcome to share the place with me.
