昨晚下单的,显示成功了
刚才去查order status,显示in progress,紧接着就收到邮件说被cancel了,原因是“We experienced some issues processing your order. As a result, your online phone order was canceled. You were not charged. "
然后说要拿offer需要按照以下步骤:
Special purchasing instructions apply when not purchased online via your phone link.
1) Ensure you purchase a phone at full retail price (no annual contract). Phones purchased on a 2 year agreement, on AT&T NEXT and prepaid phones are not eligible for this offer.
2) Bring 2 forms of ID.
3) Ensure that you use your AT&T Access More Card from Citi to pay for the phone. By paying for the phone with another form of payment, a statement credit cannot be made on your AT&T Access More Card for your phone purchase.
4) After purchase is made in store, fax your receipt for the purchased phone to Citibank at 866-799-5591 or mail to: Citibank PO Box 6500 Sioux Falls, SD 57117. Include the following information: your name, copy of phone receipt and credit card account number.
To qualify for the statement credit as part of the AT&T Access More Phone offer, you must:
A) Use your AT&T Access More Card to make $2,000 in eligible purchases within the first three months of account opening ( if you purchase the phone in the first 3 months of account opening, the cost of the phone will count towards the $2,000 in qualifying purchases )
B) Activate and maintain phone service with AT&T for 15 days.
C) Fax or mail your receipt to Citi and include the information required (see #4 above)
