I am subleasing my cozy studio located in the heart of Downtown Orlando by Lake Eola. It would be a five-month lease but with the rate of a 10-month lease (which is the cheapest rate I got from the cheapest month) - $1,150.00 per month.

You will have:
- great view to the Park and a peek at the lake Eola

- Convenient location: 2 min walk to Publix, tons of places for food/fun around (From I-4, exit at Colonial Drive and travel east. Turn right on Orange Avenue. Turn left on Central Avenue and continue three blocks. The apartment is on the left.)

- Gated Parking garage across the street

- beautiful sunrise view and a very quiet place (higher floors)

The apartment is very clean. Safe and nice neighbors. It is UNFURNISHED. I do have some very basic furniture in the studio for sale (mattress, desk, chair, microwave, etc. - like new, bathroom stuff / utencils/ etc. - free) if you don't have any. Available Sep. 1st. (flexible with dates)
