求助：I94上拿到26-34的traffic ticket应该如何解决？

各位朋友们，请求帮忙：
我早上上班的时候，在I94上面 55的限速开了89，然后被pull over。当时的情况是，i90那一段基本大家都开到80，然后我正好要超车，所以开到了89。然后pull over以后拿到了上庭的ticket，类别是超速26-34。
在网上查了一下，发现这个是Misdeanor。 我咨询了一下周围的朋友，他们表示上庭认罪就好了。但是现在我担心的是，这个不是轻微的120或者140块钱的ticket，而是一个misdeanor ticket。
我需不需要请律师呢？
这个是否会关系到f1的身份呢？
或者关系到以后的移民申请呢？

请大家帮帮忙，给出一些意见。
我知道我不应该超速，或者不该一时脑热去超车。跟着别人车开80就不会被抓了。

Traffic Misdemeanors

The criminal justice system would quickly be overwhelmed if every minor breach of the law required a full criminal trial. Therefore, less egregious traffic violations are often treated as misdemeanors (although many minor traffic offenses are considered even less severe "infractions"). Misdemeanors are less serious crimes, generally punishable by a fine or incarceration in the county jail for less than one year. Although precise classifications vary on a state-by-state basis, common examples of traffic misdemeanors include:

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
Failing to stop at the scene of an accident,
Driving without a valid driver's license,
Driving without insurance, and
Reckless driving.

If it is what you thought; you will be ended caught up right way instead of a ticket.
Go to the court and if the officer did not show up just indicate others are driving the same speed and you just trying to keep the traffic flow.
Immigration wise, as long as it is not moral crime. You should not worry about the application.

Only thing you need to pay attention is that if you are filling out your N400 form, make sure you check the criminal section and go to clerk office to get the copy of  the speeding ticket record and include that in your mailing package.

Meanwhile, if you still worried, talk to a lawyer specialize in traffic case so you get a general idea what will happen.

This is very helpful.
I was scared by the word "midemeanor". Your reply makes me feel much better.
Once it would not affect my visa application, that`s already above my bottomline.
I would definitely consult with a lawyer to see any better solution.

When you looking for lawyer for consultation; make sure the lawyer is not some random ones you saw on the bottom page of unknow newspager.
