Private bedroom available in July 1st in a 2-story 4-bedroom house in Tierrasanta. Great neighborhood and close to 52 and I-15. Shared kitchen, bathroom & backyard. Washer and dryer included. The bedroom has a big closet with sliding door and it can be furnished/unfurnished.
Asking for $750 a month for single occupancy ( $ 850 for couples) includes Internet, electric, and utilities. Rent is due 1st each month. First and last month rent required. House is kept clean and looking for a clean and organized roommate. Preferably young professional or full-time student. Must be pet-friendly, we have a dog in the house. Pet allowed upon approval.
