6.14 Update
上周忘了来update了。。。6号刚update完就收到邮件说卡批了。然后两天收到ups的书面通知，第三天就收到ups的卡和package了。中间EO和我follow up过一次，说卡批了。我顺便问了能不能加急，说因为是新卡不能加急。结果也是ups的 next day air送到了。所以还挺快的其实。

从申请交上去每天至少一个电话，永远都是review 2-3分钟后说no final decision can be made today. 于是今天给executive officer 打了电话，说是系统在processing，不知道什么时候能决定。留下了我的电话，说会escalate给更高层然后personally follow up. 不知道是不是因为没有citigold申了$350的offer。所以想来chicago申卡的小伙伴们可以等等结果再申了。。。

提供一个prestiage $350 年费DP。昨天去了公司楼下的branch，和banker说“我想申prestige，听说branch有时候有350刀年费的offer。不知道现在还有没？“ banker要了信息就查了一下系统，打出来一张单子，有prestige，premier, preferred 以及AA biz，和AA。
prestige是三个月$3000刀 50K点，350年费的。当时就和banker一起填了申请。我有普通的citi checking和saving account，但没有citigold。banker也没提任何citigold的问题。

现在问题来了，刚才收到邮件说申请被提交了，查status显示”
Thank you for applying for a Citi Prestige® Card(s). Your application is pending further review and we need additional information from you. Please call 1-866-606-2787 now to receive an immediate decision. Agents are available now to quickly complete the processing of your application. Please have your application ID 20160602****** available when you call as it will be used to locate your application. If your application is approved, your card will be mailed within a week. However, if you choose not to call us and we need to reach you to obtain additional information it will take longer to complete our review of your application.“

于是先给上面这个866打了电话，被hold两分钟说no final decision could be made today。说一周之内会通知。然后给后门5171立马也打了电话，竟然被告知了同样的话” no final decision could be made today'，说5-7个工作日会有结果。请问这是什么节奏？？
