LEASING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT JOBDESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES Immediate hire for a Full Time Leasing AdministrativeAssistant provides support through variousadministrative and real estate tasks relating to commercial/residentialproperty management. The Assistant will be responsible for dailymanagement of a mixed-use property located in city of Monterey Park. Specificduties include tenant relation/communication, prepare correspondences via letterand email, coordinate for move-in/out, showing of residential units, rentcollection, respond to communications on behalf of the management team and etc.
JOBQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Legal working status in US · Bachelor degree · Experience in real estate or related field preferred but notrequired. · Ability to organize and manage changing priorities · Excellent verbal and written skills · Self-starter · Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) · Ability to multi-task with strong sense for meeting deadlines · Solid follow-through skills and detail oriented · Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion · Bilingual in Mandarin, Chinese, is preferred.
