At CowBoom.com we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any product we sell can be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

Basic Criteria

All items returned must include the following:

Same product (matching model and serial number) in same condition as purchased.
Any retail packaging and accessories received with the item must be returned (cables, manuals, instructions booklets, warranty information, etc).
A valid CowBoom RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be on the shipping label.
Items must be shipped back within 15 days of the original delivery date.
Items returned must use our carrier (and shipping label) to qualify for free return shipping.
Items returned more than 15 days after original delivery date will be denied a refund.
Returned items that are damaged in transit as a result of improper of insufficient packaging will be denied. Be sure to package your return properly!
Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed after the receipt of your RMA. It may take even longer to receive your funds depending on the policies of your bank, credit card , or other source of funds.

可是发来的包裹没有reture label 而且我上网查询打印reture label他说在他那打可以便宜15%发ups 不就是让我自己花钱吗
