Construction/Maintenance Department Assistant

-Responsible for store maintenance project, which requiresfrequent store visiting and on-field operation
-Able to sort and classify construction/maintenance project, also understandproject accounting, which includes construction billing, create purchaseorders, lien releases, job cost, and budgeting

-A.A. degree (or higher education level) in constructionmanagement, architecture, or engineering related major
-with Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred
-Have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Programs
-Former experience in maintenance management is a plus, but not required;training will be provided, and must be willing to learn; recent graduates arewelcomed to apply
-Must be authorized to legally work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
