The Marketing Manger will be responsiblefor executing marketing plan, projects and initiatives to achieve measurableresults for R&C Unique in marketplace. This individual will work with theoperation department and local market partners to achieve revenue goals in the B2B and B2C channels. The incumbent will be expected to apply his/her knowledgeof digital and traditional marketing to initiate business process and marketingstrategy in order to meet the needs of the overall business. This role willrequire review of sales and marketing analysis, and lead generation metrics toidentical KPIs are met against the program’s goal.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing R&C Uniquebusiness process and marketing plan and executing tactical implementation toregional business partners.
• Collaborating with Operationteam on initiating marketing strategy and campaigns and provide suggestions onjoint marketing opportunities.
• Analyzing data from marketing campaignsand promotions to identify new customer opportunities.
• Developing effective companywebsite and brochure with venders.
• Holding Bi-weekly businessreview with general manager subject to business operation status.
  
  

Educational requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing,business administration, or communications or other related work experiencepreferred.
  
  

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience ofdigital and traditional marketing.
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills and strong computer skills.
• Previous experience in retailmarketing or product merchandising preferred.
• Experience in B2B and B2C markets, good understanding of customer consumer behaviors.
• Ability to review and analyzesales and marketing performance data and make suggestions and/or solutions onareas to improve.
• Strong understanding of directresponse techniques such as segmentation, targeting and testing.
• Process strong problem solvingskills and the ability to drive projects forward.
• Must be detailed andorganizationally oriented.
• Self-starter with a strongbusiness acumen, comfortable with working autonomously equally as much as in acollaborative environment.
• Proven track record of managingmultiple projects in marketing environment with a demonstrated ability to meetdeadlines and stay within budget. Either in U.S market or in any other globalmarket, including Asia, Europe, Oceania.
• English/Mandarin bilingualskills are required.
