前不久一个朋友的奶奶做了好多越南蛋卷给我,教了我一个越南凉面的做法. 于是乎今天就试做了一个.
蛋卷里面有粉丝,木耳丝,胡萝卜丝,和虾. 蛋卷是炸过的. 我用griller加热了30分针左右, 一部分切小段.
加热蛋卷的同时,可以把粉丝煮熟,过冷水; 把菜切丝(我用的是绍菜,所以稍微烫了一下),可以放豆芽,生菜,黄瓜...
接下来就是调酱油汁:少许白醋,柠檬汁,盐,糖和一些酱油调好兑一些水. 这个汁的味道是甜的,如果喜欢酸一些,可以多加些醋.以自己的口味来调.
把粉丝,菜丝,切好的蛋卷放碗里,加入酱油汁拌好就行了.
蛋卷可以直接沾sweet and chili sauce for chicken(鸡酱 好囧的名字).
好像这个越南蛋卷和sweet and chili sauce for chicken在大华99有的卖的.
附上蛋卷的做法:
Mix all these ingredients into a large bowl: -Shredded: Carrots (2), taro (1), and Jicama (2), needs to be squeezed well in a towel after shredded -sunny maid bean thread noodles after soaked in hot water
-a handful of dried black fungus after soaked in hot water
-1 or 2 whole red/white onions (sliced)
-grounded chicken or pork from the mkt
-frozen crab meat from the mkt
-season all the ingredients above with pepper, salt, and sugar
-1 egg
-sliced raw shrimp For egg roll wrapping after ingredients are mixed: -Crack an egg then mix it in a small bowl to use it as glue to secure the egg roll. It'll probably take you about 3 hrs-frying time. After you fry it and it cools, you could store it in the freezer if you'd like. |
