I am moving to another state to start a new job so want to sublet my room available from December 1st, 2015. The current lease is through August 31st, 2016. The room has following furniture:

•        A rest chair (IKEA)
•        A queen-size mattress (IKEA)
•        A queen-size bed frame (IKEA)
•        A queen-size box spring (Sleepy's)
•        A designed 5-tier tower shelf
•        A 3-tier clothes shelf (IKEA)

I can sell the furniture above to you as well at a very reasonable price or I can move them away if you don't want them. $400 security deposit is required.

Our apartment has two floors - three individual bedrooms on the first floor, two individual bedrooms on the second floor and a bathroom on each floor. I am living in the first floor with two Brown students and the second floor also lives two Brown students. We share a spacious living room, kitchen and balcony. Refrigerator, microwave and garbage disposal are available. There are also washing machines and dryers down in the basement. A free off-street parking is available for you as well.

Bus Stops (Bus #1) about 2 minutes walk from apartment, the bus reaches Downtown providence, JWU and RISD in ~10 minutes.
A very safe and quiet neighborhood near Brown, Thayer Street and Whole Foods supermarket etc.

~10 minutes walk to Thayer Street
~10 minutes walk to Whole Foods supermarket
Remember to google map it (walk or bus route) and see how long it takes to the place you mostly go, either Brown, RISD, JWU or etc.
