Hi,
I happen to have a room available in Fremont, CA. 94536.
The room is in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, 2nd floor, with awesome environment, including gym, swiming pool (warm water), park, playing ground, etc. lundary on site, pretty safe and clean.

So, the roommate needs to live with a Chinese couple, professionally working nearby.
He will have the private bedroom and bathroom (full size), and we need to share the living room, kitchen if necessary.

We are looking for a single person (Chinese, female is better) to live any time, no pets, no drink, no drug, no.........

1000 usd deposit, and pay monthly. No lease required.  

The total rent for the condo is 2400 usd, so we would like to charge 1100 (all utilties included) per month.
The price is a little negotiable, if you are a good roommate for us.
We care more about the roommates, rather than the rent.

It is available from next week.
