SSN 改地址

有2个问题想请教一下大家。
1，我在有ssn前有2张Amex的卡（是主卡，不是副卡），然后在5月初有了ssn，upload到了Amex，刚打电话问了，Amex说在5月开始就一直有upload我的信息到credit bureau，但是我在credit Karma上看不到我的信息，都过去那么久了，是不是哪里出问题了，想有经验的朋友指教。

creditKarma上登录后就这样：
We can't find your credit file.

It looks like we were unable to find a credit report matching the details you provided. If you do not have any credit accounts, or have only recently opened new credit accounts, your credit information may not be established with the credit bureau yet. You won’t be able to access your information using Credit Karma until you have established a credit report.

2，相信很多人在8月1号换地址。我也是，换了后我就把地址告诉Amex了，刚打电话问他说已经更新了，也upload到credit bureau了，然后我先在想申请SPG，用我的新地址申请ok不？
