UCLA学校公寓Venice/Barry寻找女性室友

嗨，我是新入学的历史系博士，刚刚申到了Venice/Barry的2b2b，因为房子是直接给了我，所以根据合约，需要自己找室友……
希望宿舍是一个学习和放松的地方。所以最好能和室友一起保持公共空间的整洁卫生，尊重各自的私生活，不举办吵闹或会到11点以后的party。
最好女生。算是研究生宿舍，交换生应该也没问题，其他学生可以去ask housing处询问。

已经签了整个公寓的合约，约1600+utilities。（但还没说明是哪一间），合约从今年9月4日开始，来年7月1日结束（我会9月14号才到，不知道室友之前能不能拿到钥匙），根据一般情况，到期可以自动续约（但房租可以增加）。
