po主跟老公結婚時候老公還是綠卡，他之前一直覺得沒入籍必要，所以十來歲過來到結婚時候都還是綠卡。因為種種原因（反正不是我的問題，我一直以為律師去年就把我的申請遞交上去了），律師今年3月才把我的材料遞交過去（去年7月初就把材料給律師了）。給律師材料以後，老公去年9月時候遞交了入籍申請，不過發生了個小插曲，移民局把他的申請材料弄丟了！然後又是重新填表寄資料，結果笨蛋老公少寄了幾張折騰來折騰去，他今天總算入籍宣誓拿到公民紙了。發帖前已遞交提升類別申請
http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/contact/ask-nvc.html 填上i130的receipt number和其他需要填寫的個人資料就好，在your question選change in status(pettioner naturalizedXXXX）那一欄，然後會出現讓你遞交文件的按鈕，上傳對方的公民紙就可以。千萬記得要留下你的郵箱，且是不是check一下有沒有回信。看到有人說是遞交了這個以後就進入提升類別程序了。另外以免夜長夢多，我先跑去體檢了。打算把體檢表格和i485一起遞交。

i130收件日 03/18/15
i130支票兑现 03/19/15
i130批准：04/23/15
體檢日：06/22/15
老公入籍宣誓：06/24/15
i485寄出：07/6/15
I485收件日 07/09/15
i485支票兑现 07/16/15
收到i485回执：07/20/15

7/6/15材料寄出 usps那个2天送达的
然后刚查了一下银行账户，07/16/15 uscis支票已兑现

07/28/15  打完指模
07/30/15 RFE
08/04/15 rfe寄出
08/07/15 RFE response received

因为之前向NVC情愿，提升类别 f2a到cr1
ap卡和工卡继续保持7/15/15的case was received
i485保持8/7/15的rfe was received
i130保持着04/23/15 批准信寄出

9/10 收到nvc的电子邮件，说我的case被退回uscis。是广州使馆发的信（什么鬼？）
