1. 前台

Job Description

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Monitoring visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges.
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
• Schedule meetings, arrange conference rooms and set up welcome board.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area, ensure reception area is tidy.
• Wash visitor smocks periodically, ensure smock rack is neat and tidy
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
• Assists for health insurance enrollment and review the billing statement.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.

Required Education and Experience
• College degree desired, and 1+ years related experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Good attention to detail, organized and great team player
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Required experience:

  • 1+ years related experience: 1 year



2.  operation specialist

Job Descriptions:
• Assess and management the maintenance of the condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, landscaping, security, business vehicles, telecommunication, and other essential facilities and equipments
• Maintain accurate records of the regular evaluation schedule and condition of equipments and other systems in the buildings
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are in good working condition
• Create and maintain monitoring systems or programs to detect problems as early as possible
• Develop and maintain back-up or alternative systems for common problems such as power shortage
• Ensure the safety of the building or establishment from fire, flood and other hazards
• Prepare the user manual and manage the training for the workers of the establishment on the proper use and care of its equipment and other facilities
• Manage regular reviews of company’s business insurance and disaster recovery plan
• Recruit and manage service vendors to ensure work quality and output
• Lead and develop staff and service vendors as needed
• Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional matters
• Prepare and manage the budget of expenses including facilities and equipment maintenance and business insurance and capital expenditures
• Prepare and manage the production documents
• Manage and organize all job related documents in paper and digital forms.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop, implement and review project process improvement(s)
• Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
• Must participate as a member of the Operations Team
• Must possess proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s) in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Must have proven solid skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to specifications, reporting and quality requirements
• Must be able to travel within the various facilities and territory
• Must possess the ability to learn and teach the Company re. equipment usage, safety procedure, and other management policies and systems
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
• Must possess a four-year equivalent college degree
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years experience in facility management or related technical or operation or construction field
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Project)
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards
• Must have demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks and manage these to final completion

Required experience:

  • Facility: 2 years
