我们签下了一套在FOREST HILL两房两浴的公寓。现征集一名室友。这个公寓非常宽敞(超过1100尺)，有很多窗户，日照相当充足，空气流通非常好。周围都是漂亮的房子，安静而且空气好。客厅是11乘16尺，中间会隔开。你会享用2个单独的衣柜、储物柜（平面图红色区域都是你的）。大楼里有洗衣房和live-in super。靠近M.R线67街。现出租大客厅（面积比大房还要大），每个月房租835. 入住时需要第一个月房租和1个月SECURITY DEPOSIT （搬出时返还）。请回复邮件联系见面。详细说明请看以上英文。

We're two mid-late 20's female working professionals looking for a 3rd roommate for a huge and completely renovated 2 BED 2 BATHS apartment in Forest Hill that we just signed. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a very well maintained apartment with live-in super and in-building laundry room in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in Forest Hill, Queens.

Apartment features:

1.        In-building laundry room
2.        Live-in super
3.        1st floor (safety bars will be installed outside each window before move-in)
4.        11'' x 16'' Spacious living room (The one with coverings on the floor, which will be removed soon, is the living room we are renting out. It's even BIGGER than the MASTER bedroom. The red area on the floor plan is the area you'll occupy.)
5.        2 bed 2 bath with extra storage space (2 private closets of yours and 1 other shared closet with us)
6.        Close to M/R line (67 Ave station)-8 minutes walk; 13 min walk to 71st-Continental-Forest Hill Express (E/F) stop
7.        Incredible exposure (plenty of windows) and well ventilated

We will be taking the master bedroom and the medium bedroom. We are looking for a 3rd roommate to move into to this extremely spacious living room. You will have TWO private closets as well as another shared closet with us (as seen in the red areas on the floor plan).

We are looking for a 20s-30s working professional or a student with sufficient and consistent financial support from parents/guardian. We prefer that the roommate will be able to move in on the 1st week of July because our lease will start by then. We are very easy to get along with and we usually keep it to ourselves. We prefer the amount of houseguests to be kept at a minimum. As this is a new and clean apartment, we hope that our roommate respect the cleanliness of our beautiful living space. This is a NO PET and NON-SMOKING apartment.

The rent for the living room is 835/month. Upon move-in, 1st month rent and 1 month security deposit is due. We prefer someone who can rent at least 1 YEAR.

Hot water and heat is included in the rent. You will be splitting other utilities (Internet, cooking gas and electricity) with us. The apartment is not furnished, so you will need to bring your own furniture and air-conditioner (can be purchased at around $100 on Amazon if you don't already have one). We will work with you to place/install some types of separator in the living room to make sure that you have enough privacy. We will be getting the keys to the apartment next week. After we meet, we can schedule a time for you to see the apartment.
