求问大家nd把我包裹弄丢了怎么办呀

我前几天在nordstrom 官网买了一个400多的包，快递显示20号下午4点投妥，但是我当天下午一直在院子里弄东西，根本没有快递来过，给官网写邮件这样给我回复，感觉他们不想赔，让我报警

We know packages may sometimes have been left in a corner outside or end up with neighbors or someone in the household may have collected the package on your behalf. Can you check with them as well?

If you've confirmed that no one you know has the package, and you have checked all around outside and it's immediate surroundings, please reply to this email with the correct shipping address so that we can assist further.
