☻Answeringphones, doing confirmation calls ,Scheduling appointments

☻Havecomputer skills and check our email and internet all the time.

☻Assistsin email marketing and internet marketing

☻Assistsin administrative tasks to include filing, member folder maintenance,and   

   dataentry of everyday's client records.
☻Generalcleaning of spa front area.
☻Outstandingcustomer service
☻Merchandizingthe retail area & cleaning
☻Cash/credittransactions, and signature all the forms.Finish all the paper work  

    sameday and put cash and receipts in one envelpoe,make sure the number is

   correct.If sometime not, and can not find out,the front desk must beresponible.
☻Beingcreative in everyday aspects of the spa (window and table displays,sales,

    productplacement etc.)

☻Explainour services and close the sale in a professional manner.
☻Flexibleschedule.Evenings & weekends are a must!
