I guess this explains the loyalty of a customer. I am kindda new to BOA for both banking and CC business.

i think it might be location related.... i'm not sure about the boa offer. AMEX deal offers definitely depend on my location....

That's another factor maybe, and it really depends on the card u hold. I have different AMEX cards and the offers do vary.
