The HR Planning and Implementing Specialist willbe one of CWA & Company’s core pioneers. Here in CWA & Company,customer focus is the #1 priority. A systematic and flexible HR system iscritical to ensure every employee(s) stay focus. Your mission is to coordinatewith other departments to construct a unique HR system. Implement, maintain andadjust the HR system base on CWA & Company’s rapid growth and uniqueculture.

l   Keepemployee(s) updated on internal changes or events

l   Keepemployee(s) updated on benefits, policies and evaluations

l   Setuppolicies to ensure high work efficiencies and organizations

l   Maintainand promote CWA & Company’s unique culture

l   Constructa systematic and effective hiring procedure

l   Constructa fair and effective internal conflict resolution procedure

MiniumRequirement /最低需求

l   2years of HR related working experiences or equivalent Bachelor degree insimilar study.

l   Strongpassion for food & service industries

l   Bilingual:English and Chinese(Mandarin)

l   Familiarwith Microsoft Office Programs

PreferedRequirment/优选需求

l   4years of HR related working experiences or equivalent Master degree in similarstudy.

l   Strongpassion and experience in food & service industries

l   Nativeor work proficiency in English, Chinese(Mandarin), and Cantonese

l   Professionalwith Microsoft Office and other HR related software
