我不是要让大家失望，比起推荐，我现在要告诉大家一堆没那么有效的产品
先说下我头发的情况：
dry hair, 不容易出油的发质，即便短发也髪尾也是干干的。没有家族遗传脱发。以前头发巨多巨密，是抛发，大学以后一直掉发，头顶变稀薄，头发变细。

大家不介意，我打一下英文，拼音实在不行，当然英文也不砸滴，但很多词都是英文所以我就可以不用换来换去。

So many people have told me to try out this or that. I always hear people say:"It is working!""This is really helpful""My hair gets a lot better after I used this product..."
I have been so faithful to check out everything they ever mentioned. But! when it comes to me, it just never worked or hasn't worked yet!

I've been fighting it for three years, but really hasn't find a "cure"!

Below, Ima gonna show you:

First, products that I used before


Those pills do promote more hair, but after you stop using it, your hair get back to what they use to be.
Quite expensive, I used up 2 bottles for 4 mothes, $50 each bottle. Not worth the money unless you can get it cheaper.


Totally not working, the smell is very stong, $50 per 24 applications. Didn't fill my bald spots. And I feel nothing has changed after I used up one package。

Many people recommended this on Weibo, I got both the shampoo and conditoner from Vitacost for $5 something each
I used up 2 sets. No noticable results. I am using it because it says it's organic. And that's it. I will discontinue those products. The ones in my pictures above, I haven't toched for a while

Pura D'or Premium Organic Hair-Loss-Prevention Shampoo

My friend brought me this from Groupon for $19 last month. The deal is now live again. $19 for $37, check it out if you want. It has a very good rating on amazon.com. I compared the ingredients with the Avalon shampoo. Mostly likely the same thing, but this one has argan oil in it. I am now switching it around with my phyto shampoos.

Though I haven't find any significant change after I used these products, Phyto is a trustable brand with harmless ingredients(草本？）. I will constantly use them. Buy only when drugstore has buy one get the 2nd 50% off, otherwise too expensive.

I like the smell of it. It won't give you a lot bubbles, so you will need to use more amounts or wash your hair twice.

I feel I have more volum after using it. And my roots are less dry. I sometimes use it with the thinning hair treatment one above to get more bubbles. 1st round thinning hair, 2nd round liveless.


PHYTO Phytobaume Conditioner with Mallow, All Hair Types
Not enough moisturizing! I will switch to No.7 or No. 9 conditioner after I use up this one. Don't recommend


John Masters Organics


Another organic brand I was recently recommeded. I've beening using the Deep Scalp Follicle Treatment & Volumizer for Thinning Hair. It is a clear spay w/o a noticable sell. Not oil based. I feel it soften my hair a bit. Haven't use for long. It is a leave in solution. So it is convinient when appy it. $21 from beauty.com. I like it so far and I will follow up with the results.
Another serum I was recommended is the Phyto anti-aging serum. I will check that out as well.


The Citrus & Neroli Detangler is also said a very good conditioner and award winner. I haven't tried but requested a sample. I will follow up.


Vitamins

This one is highly recommended by many people on Weibo. However I didn't see anything ever changed after one moth's use. 3 tables everyday, not ever forgot. I brough 2 bottles for 9.99 each. Still have one bottle sealed. I'd rather buy GNC. Same price! Isn't it?

Other tips that I learned after fighting hair loss for so long:

1. Combs


Comb your hair often will help stimulate the growth of your hair. Don't be afaid hair losing when you comb it. Comb your hair often will also promode a heathier scalp. Use combs in the picture obove.
Don't use combs such as:

It will result in more hair dropping.




2. Don't apply your shampoo directly on the top of your head. It might be the reason why you have less hair there. Squeeze it on your hands first. Just like the way you wash your face.


3. Don't put anything oily on your head even if you are dry hair women, here I mean scalp. Apply conditioners only on your hair below your ears, unless indicated otherwise. People also use almond oil or masks as treatment to dry hair. However, dry hair people can have oily scalp, which is the most likely reason of hair loss.


4. Sleep more, stress less




I believe that my hair is much better after so many cares and attentions. I will constantly trying.
Consistency is key to success.

哦，我听过的，就最近还说有官网有折，不过没用过，最近也不打算收shampoo，因为现在已经3瓶香波一起换着过。亲要是用的好，上来和我说一声，谢谢谢

恩呀，硬水，矿物质多。我以前每天都喝水管里的水~头发掉的好厉害。现在天天烧水喝，好很多了。不知道是不是这个原因？

瓶装应该不会有问题了！还有就是洗头发用的水也是硬水啊~不光喝的问题
