Our vigorous common core aligned academic programs extend beyond theregular public school academic learning to enhance academic and social capacityof school-aged children from kindergarten to sixth grade.

We arecurrently looking for one full-time Business Operations Associate - Bilingualin English & Chinese, to join our team! We will provide H1b sponsorshipfor the qualified candidate.

Responsibilities:

Monitordaily school and office operations.

Conferwith parents and teachers to discuss educational activities and policies andstudents' behavioral or learning problems.

Prepareand review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Processesincoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure properdissemination of information.

Maintainstudent records and update the database.

Organizespecial functions and social events.

Qualifications:

Master’sor MBA Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management or otherrelated fields.

Must bebilingual in English and Chinese.

1+ yearof relevant working experience.

Thesuccessful candidate will have a strong administrative skill profile exhibitinghigh attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creativeproblem solving and decision making and time management abilities.

Desireto learn early childhood education and to work in the environment withchildren.

Demonstratea positive “can-do” attitude, maintain confidentiality and be an effective teamplayer.

Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.
