怎么和公司谈工资

刚刚接到电话说提供offer 21.46一小时

我觉得有点低怎么能和他们谈谈说希望能涨一点？

附加：这个offer之前有一家nonprofit 工资是23块多也是在给我做background

但是没有这家公司明确这家已经电话说给我offer了而nonprofit那家只说了background check之后才会给消息

unless you current job pays more or you have another job offer ready for you to take, then you can't really negotiate. You have to have some leverage to negotiate, such as the company need you to fill the position. Most of the time is either you take it or leave it. Good luck!

可以尝试用glassdoor或者salary.com上搜一下你这个职位的market price，然后跟公司聊聊，不过你没有compete offer，确实有点难。不过问一下也无所谓的。

我现在也有一家公司在做background 这家比那家公司工资高一点

You can try to discuss with them about you having another offer who is offering more than they do, but keep in mind that when you tell them that, they might simply rescind their offer and you end up not having a job with this company. Salary is very hard to negotiate unless you have something in place or know someone in the company already. I wish you good luck!
