I-131 (Application for Travel Document)

I-765 (Application for EmploymentAuthorization)

Enclosed with this letter are:

1.       Check in the amount of $535 for I-130

2.       Check in the amount of $1225 for I-485 and Biometric Services Fee

3.       2 passport photos of petitioner

4.       4 passport photos of beneficiary

5.       Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

6.       Form I-130 signed by the petitioner, along with the followingdocuments:      

6-1-1        A copy of petitioner’s birthcertificate

6-1-2        A copy of petitioner’s U.S. passport

6-2-1        A copy of beneficiary’s passport

6-2-2        A copy of beneficiary’s I-94

6-3-1        A copy of marriage certificate

6-4-1         Form 130A signed by beneficiary

7.          Form I-485 signed by the beneficiary, alongwith the following documents:

7-1       A copy of notarized birth certificate with translation

7-2       A copy of passport ID page

7-3       A copy of passport with B2-visa and Inspection and Admission

8.        Form I-864 signed by the petitioner (sponsor), along with the following documents:

8-1-1        A copy of petitioners U.S. passport,Birth Certificate and Social Security

8-1-2        Petitioners IRS tax return transcriptfor the year 2016, 2015, and 2014

8-2-1        Form I-864 signed by the joint sponsor

9.       Form I-131 signed by the beneficiary

10.       FormI-765 signed by the beneficiary

我是2017年3月提交。昨天刚收到消息说3月份面试 现在纽约最起码要等一年。。。。

想问下如果拿到绿卡，是不是半年内要回美国一次？？谢谢
