第一步,
查看recall list,看家里是否有被召回的家具。
首先,是否参与召回当然是本着自愿原则。如果你觉得有配件订在墙上你很放心,那就order免费配件就好。
有孩子(尤其是熊孩子)的话,慎重考虑下,毕竟就算订在墙上也会有安全隐患。
第二步,
如果在list上的话就可以联系客服啦~我家有三个。两款3个抽屉的和一款5个抽屉的。HEMNES系列。
联系客服有两种方式:邮件或电话
刚刚开始recall的时候我就决定return了。那个配件我有,可是订在墙上也不那么牢靠。这个柜子抽屉放满东西的话自重真的很重。如果孩子爬上中间那层抽屉,摇一摇,钉子就已经松动了。
开始的几天网站建议Email联系,因为电话要等待的时间很长。
Email发出去之后48小时回应。。。这个至少我是没收到回应。大概4天之后才收到邮件回复。
邮件比较有用的部分如下。先看红字部分。如果红字部分有你没有的东西,就skip这一步往下看。
Once your merchandise reaches our store location, we will be happy to provide you with 1) a full refund if the chest or dresser was manufactured between January 1, 2002 and June 28, 2016; 2) a store credit for 50% of the original purchase price if the product was manufactured before January 2002; or 3) a $50 store credit if the date stamp is unidentifiable. No receipt is required. However, if you have your receipt available, please provide the following: Store #, REG #, and Trans # (at bottom of receipt) and Date of Purchase. Then simply respond back with the following information, so that we can assist: -Your full name -Full address -Phone Number -8 digit (000.000.00) article number OR Photos of the item -Photo of the label (can be found on the bottom of the dresser) Please let us know your best day of the week and an AM or PM timeframe for having this merchandise picked up. We also need to know if there are any service restrictions for traffic, parking or building access to your location, as well as an available elevator or staircase if necessary for removal. Generally, tell us any specific details which are necessary in order for IKEA to fulfill your request. IKEA is now and will always remain fully committed to the safety of our customers.
第三步,
上述红字部分我没法完全提供,因为我家柜子2014年买的,组装的时候所有上面贴着的label全部撕掉了。receipt也都扔了。
如果你也是这种情况,就不要浪费时间发邮件了。直接致电客服即可。我来来回回和客服发了几封邮件最后还是需要打客服。

We look forward to your reply. 这个电话基本没有等待时间,打了就通了。 电话客服会问你你家的柜子是什么系列的,有几个抽屉,确认在recall list里面。 然后问你大概的购买日期。我是通过信用卡statement查到的具体刷卡日期。其实大概给个年份就可以了. 她记录好你的这些就会跟你说会有人打电话给你schedule free pick up.
第四步, 一两天之后就有电话过来了。GA的,MD的,NJ的都有。 第一个是IKEA打来再次确认柜子型号的
第二个是问要store credit还是要refund
第三个是schedule pick up的时间。
我收到的pick up的时间是7月14日之后的任意一天(包括周末),时间可选择9AM-1PM,或者1PM-6PM
选择自己希望的时间等候pick up就可以啦~
过几天再来update pick up和收到refund的情况哈~
