有人使用過PRG的拖車服務嗎？

昨天這裡下大雨，朋友車泡水了，想請問可以使用我的prg 拖車服務幫朋友嗎？
看了網上說明，是打給amex，他會幫忙叫司機來拖，請問費用是怎麼處理？
帳上不會有那筆款項，或是會post款項後，ae直接再幫我減掉呢？
